leadership alright

I tried to lead, but I couldn't.
I tried to give, but it wasn't received.

I just wanted someone to follow;
to affirm my way, my thoughts, my self.
I tried to lead them, didn't matter where to.

When noone follows me,
I know I'm not following
When noone sees me,
I know I'm not seeing,
When noone hears me.
I know I'm not listening.

Thank you for showing me
where I'm going, for showing
me I'm not firstly called to lead,
but to follow.
